Public offer

1.1. Site — the web resource houseofsafety.kz, owned by the Seller, where goods of the HOUSE OF SAFETY label are listed.

1.2. Goods — the footwear, apparel and accessories presented on the Site.

1.3. Order — a list of goods placed by the Buyer through the Site, stating size, quantity and contact details.

1.4. Acceptance — the placing of an Order by the Buyer, which constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of this offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer.

2.2. The Seller manufactures the goods of the HOUSE OF SAFETY label: they are made in Kazakhstan in small batches.

2.3. The name, description, composition, size range and price of the Goods are stated on their page on the Site.

2.4. The colour of an item in a photograph may differ slightly from the actual colour because of how screens reproduce colour. Such a difference is not a defect, but it does entitle the Buyer to return the item on the ordinary terms.

3.1. An Order may be placed on the Site as a guest or from an account. To place one, the Buyer gives a name, a phone number and, optionally, an email address and a comment.

3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details given. If the Buyer cannot be reached at those contacts within three working days, the Order is cancelled.

3.3. Once an Order is placed, the Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm its contents and to agree the delivery method, delivery cost, handover date and means of payment. The contract is concluded at the moment of that confirmation.

3.4. The Seller may decline to fulfil an Order if the Goods are out of stock. In that case the Seller notifies the Buyer and refunds any payment already received.

4.1. Prices on the Site are stated in tenge (KZT) per item.

4.2. The Seller may change prices on the Site. The price of an Order is fixed when the Seller confirms it and does not change thereafter.

4.3. There is no online payment on the Site. The means of payment is agreed when the Order is confirmed: cash or bank card on delivery, or a transfer to the Seller's bank account using the details at the end of this document.

4.4. Delivery cost is not included in the price of the Goods and is calculated separately. Where an Order totals 110,000 ₸ or more, delivery within the Republic of Kazakhstan is at the Seller's expense.

5.1. Delivery is made within the Republic of Kazakhstan by courier or by Kazpost JSC. Collection from the Seller's address is possible by prior arrangement.

5.2. The method, cost and time of delivery are agreed with the Buyer when the Order is confirmed and depend on the destination.

5.3. The Seller's obligation to hand over the Goods is discharged when the Goods are handed to the Buyer or a person named by them, or, for collection, when the Goods are released.

5.4. On receipt the Buyer should check the packaging, the contents and the appearance of the Goods. Claims about damage that inspection would reveal are accepted at the moment of receipt.

6.1. The Seller allows goods of proper quality to be exchanged or returned within 30 calendar days of receipt by the Buyer. This period is set by contract and exceeds the fourteen days provided for by Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Protection of Consumer Rights.

6.2. The procedure, the condition the Goods must be in, the list of goods that may not be exchanged or returned, and refund deadlines are set out in the Returns and exchanges section of the Site and form an integral part of this offer.

6.3. Where the Goods prove defective, the Buyer may make the claims provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Protection of Consumer Rights.

7.1. By placing an Order the Buyer consents to the collection and processing of their personal data on the terms of the Personal data policy published on the Site.

7.2. The Seller uses the Buyer's personal data to fulfil the Order and to communicate about it, and does not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.

8.1. The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by a courier or postal operator, or by force majeure.

8.3. The Seller is not liable for damage arising from the Buyer's failure to follow the care instructions given on the label and on the product page.

9.1. This offer and the parties' relations are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.3. The Seller may amend this offer. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site. Confirmed Orders remain governed by the version in force at the moment of confirmation.
